Cruel summers

Vancover. British Columbia. Dome of heat. What worries me about this heatwave is: what if it doesn’t go away? What if it lasts the whole summer? They say it’s a dome of heat, like those big lid you put over cakes or cheese when you want to leave them out for people to look at.
